The appeal has been heard, important issues were raised and conceded. This augers well for a good result; being a retrial or acquittal.
The Judges have retired to make a decision, it could be many months before a decision is reached. Indeed given they have been asked to find any conviction unsafe, this cannot be done on a Sunday afternoon with a cup of tea; it will take time.
Touch wood the wait will be worth it.
